Process for implementing I-GINS-equipped devices
Explaining the process up to the actual operation of fairway mowers
We will explain the process of introducing I-GINS-equipped devices, using the example of golf course fairway mowers. For inquiries about implementing other I-GINS systems, please contact us.
The process leading up to the actual operation of fairway mowers
Inquiries
Please feel free to contact us via email or phone (03-6240-1412) initially.
Consultation meeting
During the consultation, we will thoroughly understand the course manager's wishes and requirements, such as mowing angle, speed, turning method, and overlap width. Our team will explain the operation of the equipment, provide estimates, and outline the delivery schedule, addressing any concerns or important aspects of introducing I-GINS-equipped devices. Meetings can be conducted online or in person.
Pre-course inspection and radio survey by I-GINS personnel
Based on the course manager's wishes and requests, our dedicated personnel will walk the course to thoroughly inspect the rough and fairway boundaries, drainage ditches, bunkers, greens, and cart paths. At the same time, we will check the reception conditions of the GNSS satellites necessary for obtaining the vehicle's location information and the mobile phone signal strength.
Proposal (Quotation)
Based on the pre-inspection and radio survey results, we will propose an operational plan for using I-GINS.
Acquisition of individual hole map data
We will survey the data for the operational area, fairway and rough boundaries, bunkers, etc., using a dedicated GNSS surveying device.
Route creation
We will create the navigation routes in consultation with the keeper, based on the surveyed data (map).
Confirmation of the created routes through test runs
We will conduct test runs with the mower on the course to verify its operation and the quality of the finish.
Explanation and training on usage for the designated operators
We will lecture on the use of the smartphone app, maintenance methods for the equipment, and safety precautions. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding operation.
Commencement of operation
Post-implementation maintenance
Customers are required to maintain the vehicle's hydraulic equipment, engine, and reels themselves. To ensure the long-term functionality of I-GINS, we recommend implementing regular vehicle maintenance.
Regarding changes or additions to navigation routes and mowing patterns
We accept changes or additions to routes and patterns within surveyed courses, created after consulting with greenkeepers or I-GINS personnel. For new courses, a new survey is needed. Contact us for details.
